Welcome to my August 2017 Stitch Fix review! My husband and I joined Stitch Fix in March 2017 (click HERE to read about how it works). He has been pleased with all his fixes. I loved my first one but wasn’t thrilled with my second and third fix. After taking a break for a few months, I decided to give Stitch Fix another try. I started a board on Pinterest over the summer and searched for clothes that I liked. You can find Stitch Fix clothing ideas on my inspiration board HERE and on our review board HERE. I have always given good feedback, but I feel like my Pinterest board made a huge difference this time. I loved the clothes I received this month.
Items I kept
I love this top. The fabric is soft, and it is a little more dressy than the cotton t-shirts I normally wear. I also like how it has a solid color on the front with a print on the back.
I don’t usually go for distressed jeans (why buy clothes that already have holes in them???), but I tried them on anyway. They were so cute on and very comfortable. Just had to keep them. 🙂
My previous complaints with my fixes were that they kept sending me short dresses. I kept two of them, but I was so happy to actually receive a long dress this time! I love the fabric and print of this dress, and I get compliments whenever I wear it. It is a little low in the front, so I added a white layering tee underneath.
What I returned
I wasn’t a huge fan of this blouse. The fabric was ok, but I didn’t love the color or the cutouts on the sleeves.
I actually liked the print of this blouse, but I didn’t love the neckline and it was a little short on me.
That’s all for this month! Want to give Stitch Fix a try? Click HERE to read more about it, or sign up HERE.
